First of all Our own life experience reveals that people’s natures are varied, according to their predisposition, differing thoughts, feelings and goals. Our Self (our Atma) arises from the Supreme Self (Paramatma). The nature of the Supreme Self is bliss (Ananda), and because our inner Self is part of the Supreme each human is striving for this in order to be happy. Everybody, whether they believe in God or not, whether they are conscious of it or not, is ultimately striving for happiness. We cannot find true and lasting bliss (Ananda) in the outside world. Because you cannot expect the world in a way you wanted. So happiness or blissfulness lies within our inner self. Real and lasting bliss may only be gained through wisdom, meditation and Divine grace.
Referring from the Yoga Sutra which are taught to prahlada by lord yoga narahari and also by patanjali maharshi , Ahobal dhyana is here to teach you with the tools and guidelines which help every individual to enhance one’s life in all possible dimensions.
Like any other limb in yoga, Ahobal dhyana is a systematic process in itself, which takes practice (and patience!) to learn. It's like taming a puppy that would much rather run around than sit still. You will need to train your mind to come back to you when you tell it to and to sit still, even if for just a few seconds at a time.
